The task of listing special ingredients, various spices, herbs, kitchenware, cooking terms in Indian cuisine is a very laborious task. There are
    around 325 languages spoken, 1652 dialects and 18 official languages. This makes it not just complicated but almost impossible to list
    everything that exists in all the spoken languages. Listed below are links from one of my favourite website hosted by famous Indian Chef
